The STIHL TS 700 gas cut-off machine with 350 mm synthetic composite resin cutting wheel, such as the STIHL composite resin cutting wheel for steel, is a very powerful high-performance tool for professionals. With its powerful STIHL 2-MIX engine, the TS 700 cut-off machine is suitable for applications where the quality and thickness of the material require high performance. The motorised cut-off machine can be guided manually. As you do this, the ergonomic handle design withloop handle ensures that you hold the device securely. For professional applications inconstruction or road construction, we also recommend using the STIHL FW 20 cart, which allows for more precise cuts and facilitates longer cutting lengths.

The STIHL ElastoStart function, in conjunction with the decompression valve, allows for effortless starting of the STIHL TS 700’s gas engine, while the STIHL anti-vibration system protects your muscles and joints as you work.

The placement of the water connection for wetting the cutting wheel helps you to work effectively. Thanks to the long-life air filter system and the compensator, the cleaning interval is extended, ensuring you can use the STIHL TS 700 for longer periods without interruption. Semi-automatic belt tensioning extends the belt and bearing service life.

FOR MORE PLEASANT WORK. Vibrations can occur when you put your power tools through their paces, and these are particularly noticeable in the grip area. The buffer and spring elements of the STIHL anti-vibration system reduce the transmission of engine vibrations to the handle area and therefore to your body. The result is that your power tool is more comfortable to hold and your work is much less tiring.

HIGHLY POWER-EFFICIENT. With the STIHL 2-MIX engine, you can reduce exhaust emissions and fuel consumption, and therefore operating costs. This 2-stroke engine is low-maintenance and uses fuel efficiently even at high power levels. Use a mixture of petrol and engine oil as fuel. The STIHL 2-MIX engine complies with the strict EU Stage V emissions directive.

STIHL TS 700LONG-LIFE AIR FILTER SYSTEM FOR CUT-OFF MACHINES

ENSURES A LONG FILTER SERVICE LIFE. The long-life air filter system for cut-off machines does not collect coarse dust particles, but uses cyclone air routing to separate them and then discharges them into the ambient air. With just this first step the system removes around 80% of dust particles in the intake air. This enables an extremely long filter service life, and makes the tool easy to maintain.

EXTENDS THE BELT’S SERVICE LIFE. Semi-automatic STIHL belt tensioning makes it easier for you to re-tension the drive belt. All you need is to adjust the adjustment screw with your spark plug wrench. REDUCED MAINTENANCE. The compensator is a control system in the carburettor, which uses pressure compensation to ensure that engine performance, exhaust gas quality and fuel consumption remain virtually constant over a long period of time, despite increasing contamination of the air filter. You do not need to clean the air filter until there is a noticeable drop in performance. This means that you can work for a long time without maintenance.

STIHL TS 700MANUAL DECOMPRESSION

EFFORTLESS START-UP. The decompression valve makes it easier to start your power tool. When starting, you can allow some of the compressed mixture to escape from the cylinder by opening the valve. This protects the start-up system and reduces the amount of force required on the starter cord.
